Salt in your coffee instead of sugar

Salt in your coffee instead of sugar

There are times when you feel like giving up on life, like when you accidentally put salt in your coffee instead of sugar, and you're just like "well, this is it, I guess I'll just lay here and accept my fate". But fear not my friends, because a sip of coffee can be the magical elixir that gives you the strength to carry on! It's like a superhero transformation in a cup. One minute you're a mere mortal, and the next you're a caffeine-fueled dynamo, ready to take on the world (or at least your to-do list).

And let's not forget about the ritual of coffee-making. There's something about the sound of the beans grinding, the steam rising from the pot, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee that can make even the grumpiest morning person crack a smile. It's like a mini meditation session, but with the added bonus of caffeine. Plus, if you're feeling particularly adventurous, you can always try adding some whipped cream or sprinkles to your coffee to really liven things up.

Now, I'm not saying that coffee is the answer to all of life's problems. But let's be real, it's a pretty good start. So the next time you're feeling down and out, grab a cup of coffee and let the caffeine do its thing. And who knows, maybe it'll even inspire you to come up with your own comedic take on the joys of coffee-drinking.

I created BOB as a tribute to fathers and parents, who feel like they are carrying the weight of the world on their back and they are scared that at any moment they might fall on their knees and start crying because they don’t know if anything that they are doing is effective.

It all started with a simple sketch that I drew in April 2019, I created stickers and keychains and if you are one of the lucky collectors who has a sticker or keychain of Bob Cafea please send me a photo I absolutely love seeing those in the real world.

Why did it take so long to bring Bob into a designer toy form? Will it’s a mixture of being busy and I wasn’t sure I was sure I had the skills yet to make it look good as I saw it in my head.

 Bob sculpt progress

So I finally decided to start sculpting this fella on the 25th of Feb, and he went through many design tweaks till he got to the final design that you see now.
